Service Delivery & Timelines

Make It Abroad delivers programs through a hybrid model: in-person classroom instruction at our state-of-the-art facility in Nashik, Maharashtra, as well as live interactive digital batches accessible across India.

The comprehensive Germany healthcare pathway involves sequential, highly regulated steps under German administrative law. While we guide candidates diligently at each milestone, prospective candidates must understand realistic procedural timelines:

Phase 1 (6–10 Mos)
German Language Proficiency (A1 to B2)

Intensive learning, vocabulary building, mock exams, and Goethe/telc certification. Timeline depends on individual student learning aptitude and exam scheduling.

Phase 2 (3–6 Mos)
Document Translation, Apostille & Recognition (Defizitbescheid)

Certified translation into German, apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), and filing with the respective German State Health Authority (Bezirksregierung / Regierungspräsidium).

Phase 3 (2–4 Mos)
Employer Interviews, Work Contract & German Visa

Hospital interviews, signing binding employment contracts, preliminary approval (Vorabzustimmung), VFS appointment scheduling, and National Visa (Section 16d / 18a / 18b AufenthG) processing.

External Dependencies: The overall journey typically ranges between 12 to 24 months. Processing times at German state recognition offices, Goethe examination test centers, German Consulates (Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai), and VFS Global are sovereign governmental procedures beyond the unilateral control of Make It Abroad.
06

Disclaimer of Outcomes & Salaries

Make It Abroad is a professional education and career consultancy. We are proud of our high success rate and student satisfaction; however, honesty and legal transparency are core values:

NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES: We do NOT guarantee employment, job offers, visa approvals, specific processing timelines, or international migration. Final outcomes depend fundamentally upon individual candidate diligence, passing official Goethe-Zertifikat B2 examinations, successful hospital interviews, and statutory approvals by German federal authorities.

Clarification on German Nursing Salaries

Salary ranges quoted on our marketing materials or during counseling sessions (e.g., €2,300 to €3,400+ per month during the adaptation phase and €3,000 to €4,200+ gross per month after full professional recognition / Anerkennung) reflect standardized German collective wage tariffs (such as TVöD-P, TV-L, AVR Caritas, and Diakonie).

Actual starting compensation is subject to the candidate's chosen federal state, employer contract, night/weekend shift allowances, and statutory German tax, pension, unemployment, and health insurance deductions.

10

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Transparency is paramount in our student financial agreements. All tuition fees for German language instruction must be settled according to the terms communicated during enrollment:

  • Official Payment Channels: Payments must be made exclusively via official bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, or authorized payment gateways into the designated corporate account of MIIA Careers Pvt. Ltd. Cash payments must receive an official stamped paper receipt.
  • 7-Day Refund Policy: If a student notifies Make It Abroad in writing of their desire to withdraw from a German language course prior to batch commencement or within seven (7) calendar days of the official batch start date, tuition fees paid will be refunded minus an administrative processing fee of ₹3,000 and the cost of any distributed physical learning kits.
  • Non-Refundable After 7 Days: Once seven (7) calendar days have elapsed from the commencement of the course batch, all tuition fees become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as instructional slots, faculty hours, and batch allocations have been irreversibly committed.
  • Third-Party Costs Non-Refundable: Fees paid for Goethe-Institut/telc exam registrations, apostille services, translation work, or visa appointments already initiated are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Batch Transfers & Deferrals: If an enrolled student faces serious medical incapacitation or verified family emergencies, they may submit a formal request to defer their studies to a subsequent batch, subject to batch availability and management discretion.
11

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal privacy, identity documents, and sensitive academic records are handled with rigorous security standards. Our collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of candidate personal data are governed comprehensively by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In providing consultancy and placement services, you authorize Make It Abroad to collect, verify, and transmit your relevant academic certificates, nursing council registrations, identity proofs, and CVs to authorized German hospital partners, sworn translators, and German state recognition authorities in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
