Understanding the Opportunity

What is Ausbildung?

Ausbildung is Germany's dual vocational training system. You work at a German company 3–4 days a week and attend a vocational school 1–2 days a week. From Day 1 you are an employee, not a student — that means a salary, health insurance, and pension from your very first month.

After 2–3.5 years you receive a German government-recognised qualification valid across the EU. Two more years of work and you become eligible for Permanent Residency.

Unlike studying abroad where you pay tuition, Ausbildung pays you — no debt, no dependence on family remittances.

Do I need to know German before applying?
No. You start from A1 — zero prior knowledge needed. German language training from A1 to B2 is included in the programme from the day you register.
Who can apply?
Candidates between 18 and 28 years with a minimum 12th pass qualification from any stream. Any educational background is accepted. No prior work experience required.
What happens after completing Ausbildung?
You receive a German government-recognised qualification valid across the EU, and become eligible for Permanent Residency after two further years of work.
How much is the Ausbildung monthly stipend in Indian Rupees (INR)?
During the 3-year dual Ausbildung in Germany, you receive a government-mandated monthly stipend ranging from €1,000 to €1,400 (approx. ₹90,000 to ₹1,30,000/month). There are zero tuition fees. This stipend comfortably covers your accommodation, food, health insurance, and monthly savings.
Can 12th pass students from Maharashtra apply for Ausbildung in Germany?
Yes. Candidates who have passed 12th standard (HSC, CBSE, or ICSE) in Science, Commerce, or Arts with at least 50% marks are fully eligible for popular streams like Nursing Ausbildung, Hotel Management, Logistics, and Information Technology.

Absolutely. Germany faces an acute shortage of skilled technical workers.
