Our Story

Why We Built Make It Abroad

Make It Abroad was founded with a single mission: to bridge the gap between Indian nursing talent and the German healthcare system. Our founder's personal journey and deep understanding of both cultures shape everything we do.

A rural Maharashtra native who spent 4+ years working in Germany's automotive software industry saw a simple but powerful truth — India has the nurses, Germany needs them, and no one was building an honest, affordable bridge between the two.

Founded by an engineer with 5+ years in Germany
Direct partnerships with German hospitals
Transparent, ethical, and candidate-first approach
Proven track record with 500+ successful placements

Is Make It Abroad a registered company? Is this legal?
Yes. Make It Abroad is a legally registered company based in Nashik. Our office is at F5, 3rd Floor, Star Zone Mall, E1 Building, Nashik Pune Road, Nashik 422101. All processes follow Indian and German regulations.
How much does the program cost?
Job placement is 100% free for nurses — German employers pay our fee. Language training fees are fully disclosed upfront before you enrol. No hidden charges.
What if my nursing qualification is not recognised in Germany?
Most Indian nursing degrees require a short adaptation programme in Germany rather than full re-qualification. We assess your qualifications before enrolment and handle the recognition process in-house.
Do I need to know German before enrolling?
No. Most students start from zero German. Our program takes you from A1 all the way to B2, the level required for nursing recognition in Germany.
Can my family come to Germany with me?
Yes. After 6–12 months of employment, your spouse and dependent children can apply to join you under Germany's family reunification law.
What is the realistic salary in Germany for an Indian nurse?
Staff nurses typically earn €2,400–€3,400 gross per month (approx. ₹2.7–3.7 lakhs), with 28–30 days annual leave, full health insurance, and legally protected 38–40 hour weeks.
